Second Chance, Better than the First

You may remember that a few weeks ago, I missed a deadline to submit my resume to be a grant reviewer for a U.S. Department of Education grant.  It would have been two grueling weeks of work, but it would have paid about $750.

Well, today I got an email inviting me to be a grant reviewer for a new Dept. of Ed. grant.  This one looks as if it will have similar requirements of the reviewer (two grueling weeks), but it will pay $1000.  Also, it is during the summer, so I wouldn’t be trying to do it on top of my full time job.

Schweet!

Now, if I can just remember to get my resume in before the deadline.
